Call Name: Latte
Born May 18
Latte is happy Chihuahua with some slightly unusual wolf-like markings that some of these wonderful dogs have. Latte is outside bred and we were fortunate enough to have her grace our home in 2022. She is a chocolate cream sable and she is being Embark test to rule the brindle pattern in or out as well as doing some comprehensive genetic testing. She has a soft, smooth short coat. Latte is a happy, well-mannered girl. She spends her days enjoying the comforts of the comfy furniture and giving lazy day kisses. Latte loves to play quietly with people and other dogs alike. She is happiest as her joyful and relaxed self.
DNA Identity testing (Genotype) and inherited markers and health testing are underway with Embark Dog DNA. Routine bloodwork, liver and kidney function bloodwork was done prior to arrival here and all showed she is as healthy on the inside as she is on the outside. Latte weighs 4 pound, 4 ounces and has a beautiful applehead, nice distict stop with a nice short standard nose making her breathing easier than those with very tight noses close to their head. Her stocky and petite sizes makes her a perfect companion and excellent future Mom.
As of November of 2021, Latte is prospectively pregnant by Midwest's own, Lasso. He is a reverse blue brindle long coat bred and raised here. Long and short coated puppies are possible from this mating and only time will tell.
